I am so impressed by the customer service I received from HSIA. I ordered bras. The quality and design was great but the size was not correct. I emailed the customer service and I got reply within few hours asking me for the measurements so that they can help me with correct size. I was little reluctant but I did. They advised me the right size and shipped me another bra with new size. That size was much better but still not perfect fit and I gave my opinion on bigger cup size. Without asking million questions on that, they shipped me another bra. It is on its way so I haven't tried the new size. But one thing I must say about this company is that their customer service and email response is the quickest I have ever received from any online shopping. I am impressed and they have definitely gained a client for life. Bra quality was also great.
